half of me

I believe fate stations
true love somewhere
throughout your journey/
perfectly disguised granting
us the choice to decide who
we feel is worthy

The picture before our
eyes sometimes isn't
as clear as it needs
to be / and the blur
only worsens when one
isn't sure of what their
supposed to see

Love pretends to fade
an act encouraged by
the fog that plagues
your scene / so it trains
you mentally to believe
there's nothing there for
you to keep

Once your able to see
what was there is
now deceased / but
that love that supposedly
faded is flowing strong
through your blood stream

now your heart it
beats......

Fed by blood poisoned by
a need....

one which you felt
you didn't need, you
couldn't see "it" now
"it" you breathe /
every exhale you hope
to bleed releasing that
poison but the hurt refuses
to leave

So your forced to
live with pain the
agony in love is beyond
unique

True love.....

When it stains it
cannot be cleaned /
that's why even though
"we" are no longer one
I still crave "us" like drugs
crave the veins of a fiend

Since I changed "we"
to her and he I felt
as if I'm only half of
me / only you and the
term we can began to
make me feel complete

Attempted to fill that
void with a strategy
that consisted of open
thighs / assuming sex
would dismiss the guilt
of me influencing love
to say goodbye

I wish love would
say hi.......

I miss her joy
I miss her cries
I miss the feel of
her insides the way
she trickled down your
thighs making sex a
whole new high

Living away from us
Has truly taken most of
me / I hope In the near
future the pieces are placed
where their supposed to be

Half of me

I still crave "us" like drugs" .. isn't that exactly how it feels! Great read :)

  2. Lol yes that's exactly how it feels... Not to familiar with how it feels to crave a drug but I have wittnesed and expirenced the addiction through others. I think that was a pretty accurate comparrison :) thank you again for reading
